The business center building of class "A" - Ist turn of construction of the World Trade Center in Nizhny Novgorod - received the conclusion of Inspection of State Construction Supervision of the Nizhny Novgorod region.
On 14th of May, 2010 Inspection SCS Nizhny Novgorod Region signed "The conclusion of meeting the requirements of technical regulations (standards and rules) and project documentation" in relation to the object of capital construction of the World Trade Center: I turn."

Nizhny Novgorod has always been notable for its interesting, original architecture, attracting the attention of specialists. Since 1997 "Rating of Architecture" –a review competition – was conducted in the capital of the Volga Federal Region, where every two years, the architectural merits of new buildings in Nizhny Novgorod are assessed.
